One-to-One Mindfulness Sessions
One-to-one mindfulness sessions can be adapted to suit your individual needs.
Note: these classes will be run in Zoom
For different reasons, people sometimes are looking for a more personalised, private approach. If this is your situation, this may suit your needs better.
One to one mindfulness training will provide you with core mindfulness skills to help bring increased emotional and physical wellbeing to your life. It allows you to develop your inner resources, to adapt more easily to life’s ups and downs, and to develop a more positive and kinder approach to yourself and to life in general.
Self compassion is also explored here and it is found that those who practice self-compassion also have greater social connectedness, emotional intelligence, happiness, and overall life satisfaction. Self-compassion has also been shown to correlate with less anxiety, depression, shame, and fear of failure. Mindfulness and self compassion can help cope with stress, anxiety and chronic pain. You will receive audio practices and some handouts to practice yourself at home. The service is private and confidential.
